Paper Writing Surgery Workshop

Prof. Dragos Axinte of University of Nottingham, UK in collaboration with Prof. Gheorghe Oancea of Transilvania University ofBrasov and Prof. Nicolae Balc of Technical University of Cluj have the pleasure to invite you to a Paper Writing Surgery workshop, which will take place in the period 16-21 September 2024, hosted by Transilvania University of Braşov.
The workshop takes advantage of Prof. D. Axinte’s experience as the Editor-in-Chief of both The International Journal of MachineTools and Manufacture (IJMTM) and of the Journal of Material Processing Technology (JMPT) and, through presentations and group/individual discussions, will provide guidance and support to the potential authors in conceptualizing, write and support (throughout the reviewing process) future academic papers.
The first 2 days of the Workshop will provide general guidance on how to write successful scientific papers. For the rest of the week, there will be individual discussions with authors, to analyze draft papers and to provide guidance on how to write responses to reviewers.
