Student accommodation in dormitories during the summer holidays

Submission of applications: until 17.06.2024, at 3:30 p.m.

Students who want accommodation during the summer holidays must cumulatively submit/fulfill the following:

  • to provide a reason for requesting accommodation (practical placement/ work/ internship/ students employed on the date of display thereof/ international students/ students who come from foster homes) – original certificate;
  • to have benefited from accommodation since the beginning of the academic year 2023-2024;
  • not to have had arrears on the payment of the dormitory fee;
  • to have incurred no sanctions during the previous stay in the dormitory.

Students who want accommodation will fill out a standard application form (available at the dormitory administration), and the supporting documents together with the aforementioned standard application form will be submitted to the administration of the dormitory where the student was previously accommodated.

The accommodation will be provided in dormitories C3 and C4 on Memorandumului St., within the limit of 370 available places. The students validated for accommodation agree to assume any discomfort situations generated by the repair works that will be carried out during the summer holidays – they will accept these situations by filling out and signing an accommodation commitment for the summer holidays (appendix to the accommodation agreement).

The monthly accommodation fee is the one approved by the University Senate through HS no. 50 on 04.09.2023 - 650 RON/place/month. The fee for the first month of accommodation will be paid within 5 days from the confirmation of the place of accommodation.

Note: Final-year graduate students may no longer request accommodation during the summer holidays.
