Between 12 and 16 March 2024, the third edition of the Romanian film festival CinemaUniT will take place under the organization of Cinemaraton TV in partnership with Transilvania University of Brașov. During five days, we look forward to meeting you at Astra movie theatre in order to watch Romanian heritage films, but also recent films, awarded at international festivals. 

Furthermore, within the festival, at the Multicultural Centre, the students of Transilvania University are welcome to participate in masterclasses held by Nae Caranfil, Ileana Popovici and Vlad Păunescu, starting from topics such as screenwriting, music and film production.

As in previous editions, the screenings will be followed by debates attended by actors, directors, critics and film producers, significant names of Romanian cinematography: Ileana Popovici, Oana Păunescu, Vlad Păunescu, Manuela Cernat, Marinela Rotaru, Laurențiu Damian, Florin Piersic, Iuliana Naghi, Adina Popescu, Nae Caranfil, Bogdan Ficeac, Constantin Vaeni, Nicolae Mărginean, Dan Pița, Cătălin Saizescu, Georgiana Saizescu, Valentin Teodosiu, Gabriel Spahiu, Bianca Beatrice Michi, Cristian Radu Nema, Cornel Mihalache and Manuela Boboc.
