UNITBV received the “HR Excellence in Research Award” certification

Transilvania University of Brașov received the “HR Excellence in Research Award” certification from the European Commission, following an evaluation process initiated two years ago. 
This is an acknowledgement of the efforts and progress made in applying the provisions of the European Charter for Researchers and the 40 principles of the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. At the same time, the certification is a commitment to the implementation of the “HR Strategy for Researchers - HRS4R" – an approach based on continuous evaluation that aims to strengthen institutional mechanisms for creating an attractive working environment, with integrated programmes dedicated to professional training, and with opportunities for career development in research.

Moreover, an important step is the adoption of the UNITBV’s policies on the open, transparent and merit-based recruitment of researchers (OTM-R). Currently, the process of consulting the Braşov academic community regarding this strategic document has been started.
