Stand with Ukraine

The students in Cultural Innovation of the Faculty of Letters invite you to the opening of the exhibition of graphics entitled Stand with Ukraine, on Friday, 6 May, starting at 16:00, in the T Building of UniTBV (25 Eroilor Blvd., ground floor). Organized in partnership with Pictoric, the club of Ukrainian illustrators, the exhibition presents a selection of 35 prints made by artists such as Anna Sarvira, Oleg Gryshchenko, Jenya Polosina, Oleksandr Shatokhin, Olga Shtonda, Matha Foya, Mari Kinovych, Anna Ivanenko, Grasya Oliyko, Kosrya Martsenkivsky, Zhenya Oliinky, Veronika Kotyk, Romana Ruban, Romana Romanyshyn, Andriy Lesiv, Agrafka, Nataliia Shulga and Olena Staranchuk. Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the Pictoric illustrators have offered their works based on the experience of war, destruction and dislocation of lives, to all those willing to organize public exhibitions. Such exhibitions have already been held in galleries, universities, and cultural or public spaces across Poland, Lithuania, Germany, USA, Portugal. Our student exhibition is the first in Romania and will remain open in the hall of the Faculty of Letters until the close of the academic year. At the opening, the students will read poems by contemporary Ukrainian poets.
