    Note: Transilvania University of Brasov is using Dashboard platform. If your university cannot use EWP Network you can send us the learning agreement in PDF/ Word format ( Learning Agreement for studies)
  3. Transcript of Records from sending institution (in English)
  4. Housing Application (included in the Application Form)
  5. Application Form for Romanian Language Course (optional)
  6. Copy of your valid passport or national ID for EU citizens
  7. Nomination from sending institution (by email)
  8. The European Health card or a private health insurance

I. Before coming in Brasov:

  1. Application Form for study/ Application Form for Practical Placement (please fill, sign and print it, then send online and by mail)
  2. Learning Agreement for studies/ Learning Agreement for Traineesship approved by your institution (send online and by mail as well)
  3. Transcript of Records from sending institution (in English)
  4. Housing Application (included in the Application Form)
  5. Application Form for Romanian Language Course (optional)
  6. Copy of your valid passport or national ID for EU citizens
  7. Nomination from sending institution (by email)
  8. Three recent photographs
  9. The European Health card or a private health insurance

II. At the arrival:

Confirmation of arrival - the students can use their own forms

Upon his arrival, the student is asked to register as Erasmus student at Erasmus Office of the university:
