First of all, write an email to international.office@unitbv.ro in order to find out whether the desired study programme addresses foreign citizens. Then they will provide you with all the necessary information. Check also the application procedure and the calendar at:

You can opt for the Romanian language preparatory year by ticking the option on the second page of the Application form. You also need to fill in all the required forms and specify the study programme you will attend after completing the preparatory year. Acces Admission for complete information.

First of all, choose a study programme. Then send the application file with the required documents to international.office@unitbv.ro. We will check the documents and send them to the Ministry of Education. The Ministry issues a Letter of Acceptance which it sends to us and which we will forward to you by mail. This Letter of Acceptance, in the original, enables you to apply for the study visa at the Romanian Embassy which is closest to your home country residence.
Tick the option for accommodation in the online Application Form. We will process all the requests for accommodation after the admission procedure is completed and allot places in the available dormitories in the order of the students’ admission results.
